HOW TO APPLY
In this tutorial we sample the best way to work with Full Dip, shown in it you will find instructions for use and recommendations to consider when working with our liquid vinyl.
Full Dip® SPRAY 400ML APLICATION
1. BEFORE APPLYING
1.1. TO CLEAR THE SURFACE
Before you start spraying the liquid vinyl shall have the surface where you will apply it completely clean, dry and free of any substance that may be capable of causing non.grip ( as waxes , cleaners etc).
It is advisable to ensure that the surface is neat as possible without waste (such as sand , dust, etc.) Full Dip® it fits perfect to the surface and thus get so that the result is uniform.
1.2. TOLERANCE TEST
Full Dip® Full Dip can be applied to any surface such as metals, plastics, glass, wood, etc.. However it may be a small pre-test.
2. APPLICATION Full Dip®
2.1 SHAKE STRONGLY
Shake with vigorously before use. In the first use to move a minute to alrigth mix all the internal elements.
2.2 SPRAY IT
Apply the product a few 20cms always parallel to the surface passes. You can apply as many coats as you want , keeping in mind that we will need an average of 4-6 coats, but remember that how more coats yoy apply more resistant will be the result and more easly for peel it.
Between coats must wait at minimum 10-30 minutes. When touch dry in 10-30 minutes, but for a full dry you need wait 12 hours.
(We recommend using mask during application)
Once the drying time after your piece is ready to use so you only have to shine it as long as desired.
Remember that you can remove Full Dip a later pulling it fully and preserving the intact surface.
Full Dip® SPRAYABLE APPLICATION 4L.
Before applying Full Dip Sprayable must prepare the surface just as explained above (see paragraph 1 Full Dip Spray 400ml).
Full format Dip 4 liters is ready to use, you need not do any mixing with diluent. To apply this product needs to have a paint gun.
1. TO SHAKE
Beat well the product with a palette or spoon to mix for a few minutes, fill up your gun with Full Dip®.
Apply the product to a 20cm long piece with coats parallel to the surface where they are applying.
We recommend cleaning the spray gun approximately every two barrels. For cleaning you can use universal solvent.
You can apply as many coats as you want , keeping in mind that we will need an average of about 4 coats, but remember that the more will be the finish.
It is important that the first minor amount of paint is applied , the piece covers only slightly, regardless of the amount of paint or covering power. This is important since the first coat serves as a primer of the following if may be more abundant.
Between coats must wait at least 10-30 minutes. After the last coat of paint let dry for 12 hours before handling the painted piece.
(We recommend using mask during application).
Depending on the base color and the color to paint, you will need more or less paint . As a general rule, small car two bottles of 4L, compact cars for three or four (usually three bottles) and to large sedans or SUV four or five bottles 4L (cans usually four) are needed.
